I just read the Sticky and did some searches, but I couldn't find the answer to this: Can I add a purchased itinerary somehow to my online profile?


This afternoon I bought a ticket at Southwest.com and also updated my account information at MySouthwest. Unfortunately, the itinerary I just booked does not show up in Future Travel, and there is no way on earth I'm going to remember the confirmation number unless I put it on a big post-it note and wear it on my forehead for the next 5 weeks.

My RR number is definitely in my res. Is there some way I can go into my online account and add this upcoming itinerary? The very sweet agent on the phone put me on hold and consulted the web support group, who told her that unless I was specifically logged in at the time of purchase (I thought I was), there is no hope of adding the itinerary to the Upcoming Purchased Travel field. Even they can't add it, apparently.

Wow -- talk about a bug in the system. How difficult can it be to link upcoming travel to someone's RR number?

Has anyone had any successful experience with this? Thanks!
