True Blue Program
I have a flight that hasn't posted and it has been about 30 days. I have filled out the request for credit form on the website, but I haven't heard back other then an automated response that indicates they received my request. I do have my copy of the boarding pass. I can't find anyplace to fax it into to request credit. I also think I remember the program being web only based. Is there a human I can email? I can't seem to find anything to help me out.
