This is correct, however, I can tell you it made for (HANDS DOWN) the worst hotel neighbor I've ever encountered anyplace. I would also hasten to add that the incessant yapping of several dozen dogs -- maybe even 50 or 60 at a time -- went on for far longer than a sixty minute hour.
While it isn't under the control of the Westin Hotel, it certainly makes for a horrifically bad neighbor considering its immediate proximity to guest rooms.
