Now that you mentioned it, I do recall seeing the flourescent colored baskets of old on the attendant's desk. Maybe they're starting to run out??

Yes as *G you are allowed in both RCC and Club ANA. I'm not sure if ANA allows a guest; NRT RCC allows only 1 (and from my experience it is strictly enforced).
