Concur with this description based on two stays, one last August and one earlier this month. I thought the breakfast buffet was outstanding. It meets all the OP's requirements, with at least two kinds of eggs (fried and scrambled) out for the taking and a chef able to prepare others on request.
If you're bringing a laptop, note that wired (Ethernet) and wireless (wi-fi) access are separate systems with different pricing schemes. I found the wi-fi cheaper but slow.
