Ok - manager from the 4pts called me - she agrees that the pie is a fiasco - she said she gets at least 20 complaints a day about this.

She said that what happened was that I stuck the DND sign in the keyslot (the hole was broken to go on the doorknob) and that the maid thought "it was a prank" - whatever that means - I wish people would just say they made a mistake, no harm no foul. Amazing how far a "i am sorry i made a mistake" goes vs "i speak spanish" or "it was a prank"
