Is the 15 minute walk interesting, or is it through an industrial area?
AUG and SEPT are usually really nice (and warm) so bring summer clothes.

You walk along the nice harbour front. You can also take the bus or a taxi by night. Marriott is not in the city centre directly, but apart from that the location (on the harbour front) and hotel is great. For a cheaper alternative in city centre try the hotel chain www.arp-hansen.dk. Nice on-line rates and excellent location. If you would like to try a new and trendy hotel with perfect location I would go for www.hotelsktpetri.com.

CPH is not that small. You will do a lot of walking unless you use public transport - which is very easy. Remember everyone speaks English so just ask. You can also use the free bikes that are available from several locations on the city centre.

There are many gay venues in CPH. My favourite is Pan (www.pan-cph.dk)

I have lived in CPH for 10 years so feel free to PM if you have further questions re CPH.

Enjoy your stay
