ANA also has arrival lounge (w/shower facility) at NRT for those final destination is NRT, however, you have to fly their premium class (F or C) or have to be their elite members. No *G are allowed to use.
Yes, I tried to get into the ANA arrivals lounge in terminal 1 today, showed by boarding pass stub (*G) and RCC membership card, and I was politely turned away (even though there is a big star alliance logo on the sign outside the club, which is why I went there in the first place).
