6 - 8 weeks is the norm but its best to always go to your closest TG office and get the process moving there.
Good luck - I have to go in for the same thing soon myself - upgrades seem to be a real pain to have credited to your account - the lady at check in assured me that the appropriate miles would be credited - only the y ones were oc.
