FS seasons is great if you get a refurbished room. But the Wynn has some pretty good deals right now. I think you can get one of the Parlor suites in the tower for half of what the FS costs.
We generally go in Sept and Nov (Football season), where prices are basically the same at FS/Wynn, Venetian et al for a suite. I would imagine during the summer months, Wynn along with others would be offering discounted rates. Alas, not much football wagering during that time to please hubby
