Is this why they have changed the rules for upgrades to certain ticketed classes only in Y? as to their recent change of rules again in the OK Plus program. Seems that the program is going through lots of changes in the last time.. and only thing making it more fav. to moving towards other ST programs is the more bearable customer service.
