I noticed this offer from the other thread in SPAM in late May.

I went ahead and signed up online. Got a phone call early June to confirm the package/coupon mailout. The advisor called in the following week and set up the appointment mid-June. The advisor was not pushy but did mention the lowest she could go is the $300 plan. I didn't need the plan. I was not sure if the miles would be posted at all but I gave her the coupon at the end of our meeting.

My 3000 Skymiles just got posted today!
