Yes, it was hot and a bit muggy in there when I was there. Could have been that the a/c was just turned down a bit that day. I didn't ask about it since I wanted to check out the RCC for comparison purposes anyway. They are both nice lounges. RCC has free wi-fi as well. Not sure if ANA does.
