It depends on what status you had when the promotion started. As a 1K I got to give 3P when I passed 75k EQM (these are based on EQM, not BIS) this year and can give 2P when I pass 125k EQMs - which is probably going to be sometime in August.
For 1P and 2P the thresholds are different so I will let them comment.
As an aside, I really liked the thick card stock the reward came in. Nice touch UA! ^
