I bought a ticket on CO.com last month for travel this week. The outbound is tomorrow and the return is on Sunday.

The outbound flight never EUA'd but the return did at the 5 day mark.

This morning I attempted OLCI and the OLCI system presented me with my seat assignment and frequent flier number. The seat assignment was right but the FF# was missing! So I re-entered it and suddenly the system realized I was a Platinum member and asked if I wanted an upgrade - which wasn't available. After asking for the upgrade anyway, the EliteAccess logo appeared on the OLCI screen.

Why did OLCI lose my FF#? This has never happened to me in the past.

FYI...I cancelled that check-in and checked-in two hours later. Again, my FF# was missing. Check-in is now complete and if you look at the reservation under "View reservations", my seat assignment is missing but I'm still listed as Economy, not First. I've only seen the seat assignment disappear if the EUA ran and you got upgraded but there was no seat to assign you yet.

Flyaow says there is one seat open up front for the flight tomrw. Slight chance I can grab it as a plat.
