While I think the changes are abyssmal, they actually helped make a decision for me. As a Chairmans Preferred member at US, I am faced with the possibility of having to change carriers if US keeps reducing service at ISP. Thanks to these draconian measures, DL has removed themselves from consideration. I can now consider AA or CO/NW.

It seems that DL has done everything to alienate their best customers over the past few years-I hope that they see the light of day before it's too late.
