Thanks for the input--I had her full name but chose to only list her first name--will delete it now. Im never one to send a letter and then get a canned response--I have worked in PR my whole life and know how that game is played. It was just pretty strange getting breated, not told by her about this policy. It certainly is cerca 1982. Geez, even US Airways you can do it over the phone for a VDB voucher.

So now I will schelp over to LGA...if they think I am paying a fee for this "service" they have another things coming. My friend's flight is on July 13th so its a bit too close to risk in the hands of US mail or even Fedex.
