The "Pie" thing coming from 4Points is one very silly idea. What's the point? The Hilton Doubletree "Cookie" is also ridiculous, but at least it's free. Hotels should stop wasting money and ideas on these useless things and should start training their staff better and keep their properties cleaner. It's simple no??? Geezz!
