Mexico and Venezuela have both been higher up on the list in prior years, even rather recently. I don't much care who the suppliers of a commodity are, for oil from one country will generally work to the same end as oil from some other country (for sake of simplicity, with some exceptions, problems aside
). In any event, I'm not looking forward to Canada being the Norway of North America.
