Of course its OK what 747-438 wrote. But I never had a bad experience with the recredit of miles with TG in Japan or Europe. I usuallay contact them at least 4 times in a year, becausese something is missing, but I do get the miles cerdited in about 8 weeks. I stick to the method described above and it works. TG told me once, they verify the mileage in the local office and afterwards they send everything to BKK. In FRA they have some internal deadline of something like 6 weeks. If they do not hear anything from the head-office, they get in touch with them again. So for me it worked out fine in the past. Only had problems with some kind of code-shares or funny booking-classes of *regional members.
