You did not say which airport you are flying out of Thurs. If SFO, I am not sure why you would want to eat near SJC when you would have spent the night near SFO. If you are flying out of SJC, why not lunch at the St Claire Hotel's Italian restaurant Il Fornaio? Lots of atmosphere. Or somewhere in the San Pedro (downtown) area like the Tied House Brewery?
