CGK,
with all respect, some destinations willl feature the same menu ex FRA - such as North American destinations - and these are often lumped together with the shorter ME ones. Meaning that when you transfer between ME and NA you will not experience the same menu as ex FRA is different than into FRA.
In addition for Japan and for SE Asia respectively there are different menus - normally also for South America and South Africa.

I wholeheartedly agree that SQ offers a higher variance - unfortunately though also in terms of the composition of the meal = whether it is supper, brunch, dinner, lunch or whatever description SQ comes up - instead of the consistency that LH offers in that respect.
