If you had such bad service you may want to write a letter to WHQ with the customer service agent's name; here on FT you do need to actually edit it out

Additionally, I had a bump voucher a few months ago and had to go to the airport to turn it in (not to book the flight, but to pay for it) or they said I could mail it in. When is your flight? Is it close to the date?

And look at the bright side of things, you actually reached the call center in the STATES
