There are some adaptions to the menue:
The "White Asparagus in Sauce Hallandaise accompanied by a selection of Ham and New Potatoes" on FRA-LAX had several kinds of ham (Parma, Black Forest etc, mainly pork). On FRA-CAI there was a (not so tasty) Beef Ham.
Looks like they change according to local customs etc.
What i also noticed: The same dish on the same route can taste dramatically different depending on the day.
