I beg to differ, even if a pax has ordered a special meal, airlines still overcaters for the remaining pax, specially in F and J so I would assume that it'd be harder to run out of choices and granted that it wasn't a medical/religious type of special meal and another seafood option was available (which in this case was they type of meat the pax prefered), then I don't see when the FAs should refuse the order. Granted that the rest of the pax's orders have already been taken and an extra was available.
