I am not sure which on hold message you are referring to. When I call CP and get transferred to general reservations (if they are busy), there is a woman's voice, but she does not sound 19. Are their different on hold voices for the former HP and US call centers? Call 800-428-4322, the general reservations number for US, and see if it is the same voice you are talking about.
