I haven't been on hold much recently, thanks to the CP desk, but the few times I have been on hold, I can't say that I've had a problem with the hold voice. But if you think you can improve it, wonderful.

Does US still have "Alan," or whatever the voice system was called? This was the one voice system that routinely frustrated me, at least until I reached CP last year and never encountered it again. It almost never could resolve the reason for my call, and I would have to battle Alan for a few minutes before finally failing over to a person.

A sign of the times: last time I was on hold, the message was pushing summer vacations in Phoenix AZ. A fine vacation destination in the winter, but I'll pass in July, thanks. New owners, new priorities. Notice the absence of offers for Alabama golf vacations lately...
