Actually, that's kind of funny -

I don't eat lobster, so in that particular case I would have been "Oh, thank god I've got something else they consider seafood."

Since I'm flying Economy, and I've never flown EK before so the only possibility I'd have to be upgraded would be my CLIA affiliation, so in other words, I'm flying Economy a special meal is still absolutely required for me. Of course I'll have dried fruit and stuff in my carry-on, just in case something happens, but I can't risk getting meat.
