Yes in First I do expect a CHOICE of meal even if it is seafood.
As Gold I also expect to be asked first what meal I would like which does not happen in EK
I also expect there to be more than a few of each meal
thats why I cancelled the crap meal I was given on several occasions and even when I took it out of the profile I still was given It so yes then I did chuck a drama and demand something else. and yes I do expect that when paying for a First class ticket *or even on an award I expect a choice
And as we are all here to give the best advice we can
and the OP asked the question should I ask for a seafood meal was the OP question I have answered it to the best of my ability.
