If by flight(s), you mean flight number(s) -- that was the original purchase, yes.


If they are not on the same flight then, as doglover stated, no airline is going to guarantee that type of co-ordination. Are people travelling from different cities and meeting at a hub for onward travel? ...
Yes is also the answer to this Q, though enough time was built into the original plans so that missing connections is not the problem. Instead, it's a matter of splitting up family members....

From other threads, I've read that two or more confirmation #s cannot be merged, but that NWA can register "notes" or otherwise "link" records. I'm guessing that's part of what I'll need to request/propose when talking with NWA.

I'm also (reluctantly and with resignation) thinking that... if I can _add_ a person onto an existing confirmation # (is this possible), I might just cancel the award ticket to minimize at least some uncertainty moving forward.

As before, any advice/... is certainly welcome and appreciated.
