Yeah, SQ has no issues inbound or outbound. A few years ago BOM airport used to have a problem with carrying lose batteries (ie. no problem if the batteries were in a battery-operated device) during security check on departure only, but I haven't had a problem for the last couple of years (I always carry a spare AAA battery in my carry-on for my QC2s).
