I would go with a Zurich Card that includes not Only the Train from the AP to the City, but the Trams and best of All a 2 1/2 boat trip on The Lake as well as a Canal boat tour.

I know there are various cards that are from 1 Day to X days. They include admission to some of the Museams as well.
