Too bad for Leo...he may now have his eye back (allegedly) on the customer service ball, but this 2MM Platinum has already decided to bail. Too little too late Leo, but Alaska and Continental have been providing me AWESOME service on a weekly basis over the past six months. In prior years there is absolutely no doubt that all that revenue would have been going to Delta. Leo has already shown how fast he can "forget" his best sources of revenue.
