LAOCA.....I should have been more specific and referenced the multitude of sales and marketing VP's on DL's staff. You've got Executive VP's, Senior VP's, garden variety VP's, Directors of this program or that and Manager's of every conceivable type. DL's sales and marketing staff should, IMHO, treat customer service as one of their top priorities day in and day out.
Let Leo focus on the financial end of the business....and I agree DL has done a good job in this area....and let the sales and marketing folks focus on customer service.
