I can't comment on LX, but obviously the LH BP did not properly reflect your status. This hapens if you are flying on an award ticket and at check in your SEN status is not re-entered. I don't understand why that happens, seems to be a problem with their software.
M&M is only relecting that your are a M&M member.
FCl indicates that your have a connecting flight in F.
API OK only indicates that your travel Documents have been checked and are OK. This shows up in addition to your status.
