Depends on your priorities. CI has one of the worst safety records in the world, with a steady stream of crashes one after the other. I haven't bothered to assess how safe they are now, I just avoid flying CI (but I will fly SU). They haven't been banned from flying to the US, so it can't be that bad, but every year CI is in the news with another plane crash.
