I restart this thread, since I was in 1G on a 346 Yesterday and I have only one word for this seat: TERRIBLE.
Since all seats where blocked last week Tuesday I only had the choice of either 1D, 1G, 10D and 10G (since I always prefer aisle-seats in the middle).
The space in front of the seat is the only advantage, but even the biggest disadvantage. Many pax crossed their in order to go to the lavatory on the other side. Many people stand there very very close in order to get a free lavatory. And the curtain in front was always bumbing against my legs, when a FA was passing or a pax went in and out to the lavatory.
So overall I would recommend to completely avoid 1D, 1G, 10D and 10G if possible. I almost had no other choice and that brings me back to the point, that it is so bad, some flights (e.g. MUC-SFO and v.v.) don't offer F anymore.
My recommendation for best seats on a A346 is rows 3 to 5 in D or G.
