I will be staying at the Santon Hilton for a couple of days and then moving to Pretoria for some meetings. I would be grateful for advice regarding the best way to get from The Hilton to Pretoria.

Also, I will arrive at JNB late at night. How can I get to the Hilton and at what approx cost?

I am reluctant to rent a car and would prefer taxi or public transport if possible.
