Leaving aside whether you like or not to eat at a hotel, blend with locals, or drink a cabernet with your dinner, I ask again, is it a really good deal, pricewise, to have a 3 course meal, tax, service and soft drinks included for $45 each at the main restaurant of any Marriott/Ren property in Europe?
