The workaround is to clear the cookies set by mymileageplus.com. The cookie clearing procedure is different for each browser and that is left as an exercise for the reader. I don't suggest you clear all cookies as that can cause you problems with other web sites.

I can reproduce the problem as follows:
- Login to ual.com as a non 1K member
- Visit the "My mileage Plus" page http://www.mymileageplus.com
- Logoff
- Logon as a 1K member
- Go to the 1K page
- You will get the above error until you clear the cookies for mymileageplus.com
This is likely to show up where you have multiple users of the same computer. You also may be able to see someone mileage info like this. I saw this when I used a computer at an airline lounge. This is not me.
