Phoeneician - Booked mountain view (cheapest), was upgraded to pool view. Told it's a 2 class upgrade.
Prince de Galles - Booked standard with no view, was upgraded to Superior.
W Montreal - Booked wonderful, was upgraded to Mega. (Very nice hotel by the way).
Westin Maui - Booked mountain view, was upgraded to pool view high floor.
Westin Michigan Ave Chicago - Booked standard, was put on SPG floor, not even high floor.
Aladdin Vegas - Booked lowest grade no view closet size room, was upgraded to high floor pool view.

I'm happy so far. I have upcoming stays in Westin Macau & Sheraton HKG, we'll see how that compares.
