Were you on UA metal or US metal? If UA-metal (US-codeshare) then just call UA MP as the flight was a UA flight or go online. Give them the date, flight number, origin and destination and ticket number and the EQMs and RDMs should post pretty quickly.
If US-metal (UA-codeshare) flight, then you did the right thing by mailing the tickets. See my previous post above.
