Not to turn this thread into a US bashing event, but...As a SP I find US fits my needs very well (non-stops from BOS to PHL/DCA, free domestic upgrades, etc).

But ff I were to ever have the need to fly more than 75k miles/year, why would I ever stay with US? It just seems that their highest tier program simply can't compete with AA or UA, specifically in regards to SWU/eVIPs and the 767s to Europe/757s to Hawaii vs 777s on UA/AA. Now this GoSleeperEnvoy program just seems like the nail in the coffin.

Also, what happens if all the regular Envoy seats are sold out and you want to buy an Envoy seat? Do you get a sleeper seat at the same price as a regular Envoy seat?

So all you CPs out there, why do you stick with US?
