If this does "take off", it will be a lot more work for Envoy FAs with a possible impact on service, and I should think they will miss the "employee lounge"
Go Sleeper began with immediate effect earlier this week. Chairman's Preferred are exempt from the charge until October, and will continue to be able to secure these seats in advance. Nevertheless, any confirmed Envoy passenger will be able to buy a Sleeper Seat for $300 from 24 hours before departure. I wasn't happy at first that this was happening, but if you think that these used to be First Class seats and sold for $7,000 or more, perhaps it's not that unreasonable provided it doesn't impact too much on our FFer's... what do you think? Since Chairman's are usually cleared 7 days prior, they shouldn't be impacted to much...

I know what you mean about the 'employee lounge' .. the past couple of times I've flown Envoy they've blocked rows 6 and 7 to make practically an Employee Hotel! Bless 'em.
