Knowing that AC/TAP are in the wings, the judge give in to political spin by awarding the prize to employees only to discover...surprise surprise that they have no backing whatsoever.
I am the victim of this charade having had to go through the motions with RG to 're-schedule' my flight ( at a time that made no sense to me nor was practical) only to find out that this newly re-scheduled flight is cancellled I got fed up an bought new tkts with TAM.
I am not alone At least ten of us are makig our way to BSB from all over the world and have all been victims of this charade of a process.
Get you facts right, the TGV actually have 10000R$ of investment, 0.01% of what was required. Like you, still wondering why the judge even bothered meeting with them, never mine accepting their offer!
