This is a royal mess. Sorry for the criticism but ...only in Brazil could this type of circus happen for so long. The latest few months have been a real soap opera and the passengers were unwilling viewers of this unsightly spectacle.
Knowing that AC/TAP are in the wings, the judge give in to political spin by awarding the prize to employees only to discover...surprise surprise that they have no backing whatsoever.

I am the victim of this charade having had to go through the motions with RG to 're-schedule' my flight ( at a time that made no sense to me nor was practical) only to find out that this newly re-scheduled flight is cancellled I got fed up an bought new tkts with TAM.
I am not alone At least ten of us are makig our way to BSB from all over the world and have all been victims of this charade of a process.
