I think the departure from the gate was falsely stated here Andrew. It really was 5:10pm when we pushed away from the gate. Its ok though, the departure time really had nothing to do to with anything here. More importantly the gate agent did not properly deal with the adverse situation they were faced.

These 2 gate agents though that work during this time are becoming the burden of the jokes from the regular group that commutes on this flight each week. When PAX have special requests or questions they are very unaccomodating and rude as the family from Raleigh encountered yesterday.
