I wouldn't sweat it because if the PH M is like the PH V, then the twin beds are usually together to form a king (with king sheets and king duvet). I've never asked for a king bed, so don't know if they have rooms where the king bed is actually a king bed and not two twins.
Sorry, made a mistake - confirmation states King (no mention of 2 beds, twin, double or otherwise). It was the PH V confirmation that had the King/2 Twins notation.
