It has been about 7 years, but we went to a Greek restaurant in Laguna Beach on the main road, view of ocean side, in a two story strip mall that had very entertaining traditional dancers. There were always children, including my friends, and they all loved watching the dancers. The food was pretty good as well, if you like Greek food, and because it was on the second floor on somewhat of a hill, the views were also pretty good. If you are interested, I can call my friends and see if they remember the name.
It's the Aegean Cafe in the big white building up a block or so from Main beach, on the inland side. I agree, it is a whole lot of fun - I'm mixed about the food, all in all a fun evening & a good recommendation!
