Yes, both kentucky and Ohio list your county on the plate so its easy to tell where within the state someone is from.

But with respect to another question raised, I would think a 9AM flight would still have more connecting pax-that is those from LEX, DAY, CMH, IND, etc who connect through CVG but don't pay the prices. A 9AM flight to MIA seems to be scheduled to allow the early AM connectors to make it.
